Bread is heaven

(I’ve been busy today!)

ETA: This is the best recipe for multigrain bread I have found so far. It makes a lovely brown loaf (as you can see!)

There’s no need for a bread machine, this recipe is dead easy, and I don’t even consider myself a baker. I got the recipe from Canadian Living. They haven’t posted it yet, but I will link to it once they do…

I just wish there was such a thing as low-carb bread (oh, and calorie-free butter!) :)

Yum! I have some homemade strawberry jam that would be perfect with it!

Suddenly I’m feeling a tad hungry…

I can see the picture but I want with all my heart to smell that bread. It looks fantastic- The kind you break with your bare hands and spread just a hint of soft sweet butter on. Well done!

BTW the recipe is from this month’s Canadian Living magazine, and it tasted just as good as it looks!
