Chicken breast, green salad with lemon/garlic dressing, asparagus, strawberries
Coconut shrimp with Pineapple-Chili Sauce. Grapes.

March 5

Big bowl: Spiralized zucchini tossed with a handful of coleslaw mix, bean sprouts, chicken breast and “sunshine sauce” … topped with a dab of guacamole, cilantro, cashews. (YUM.)

Big bowl: Spiralized zucchini tossed with a handful of coleslaw mix, bean sprouts, chicken breast and “sunshine sauce”
Jerk chicken with mango/avocado salad, cucumber

Black coffee, egg-based quiche, fruit cup
Handful of dried apricots
Leftover jerk chicken and mango/avocado salad, cucumber

Oven-baked chicken thighs with BBQ-type seasoning, coleslaw, cubed sweet potato, broccoli.

March 14
Espresso, sweet potato “toasts”: one topped with egg, bacon and fried shallot bits, the other topped with avocado, bacon, fried shallot bits. (SO.GOOD.)
Leftover grilled shrimp on coleslaw
Celery with sunflower seed butter
Grilled chicken thighs (with this marinade), roasted red cabbage, kale caesar
Mixed fresh berries (blueberry and raspberry)

March 15  – HALFWAY done!
Espresso, poached eggs and veg (asparagus, sweet potato, mushrooms)
Leftover grilled chicken, roasted red cabbage, kale caesar. Banana.
“Apple pie” (microwaved apple with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a handful of pecans.)
Grilled salmon, giant raw veggie salad with “Asian” inspired dressing
Celery with sunflower seed butter

March 16
