I made fudge last night, from a “no-fail” recipe. Ha. Well, I failed. For some reason it never set. Any ideas why? Now I have a 8 x 8 dish of “fudge” that’s the consistency of peanut butter. I just ate a big spoonful. Ok, TWO spoonfuls. And then made myself a cup of coffee sweetened with Splenda.
