I love getting sweet mail!

Posted by andrea in: Swaps

There was a distinctively heavy thud behind the front door. That’s when I knew my candy swap package had arrived.

And here it is:

There are a few items missing from the photo, but rest assured this was an excellent stash. Fudge, peanut brittle, chocolate-covered slabs of peanut butter, delicious toffee-type things … one of which was the second (or third) item I sampled as soon as I tore the box open and labeled (get this) “Plain Chocolate-Covered Toffee.”

They are anything but plain. It should be called “heavenly creamyoh melt-in your mouth chocolate-covered toffee.”

And it came just at the right time. Today is the last day of school, and I will need extra-strength fuel for these next couple of days.

Thank you so much Dana. You sure know how to pick ’em. And I’m glad to have discovered your blog in the process as well. :)

I want to join a candy swap if someone will host it. Im from the Philippines and there are many local candies and snacks from our country, from sweet to sour and creamy to spicy. I hope someone respond to my request. I also like to receive swap candies from UK, australia and korea.
