Imagine my surprise when…

Posted by andrea in: Misc. life

It started in my Inbox this morning. The first emails came from my former workplace and from a high-school friend in Mississauga.

“Opened up my Reader’s Digest and almost fell on the floor. NICE PICTURE!!!”

Wha?

Ack!

It’s out already?

They were supposed to send me a copy!?! So without showering, brushing my teeth and having scarcely dressed myself I rushed down to the Britton’s in Westboro Village.

I swooped into the store:

The fellow pointed to the display. I leapt. Lo and behold, there we were… pictured both in the table of contents and in full-page size full-colour about 50 pages in.

I have emailed this to almost everyone I know but I wanted to post it here too. The article is super. I am very pleased. And the photo of us ain’t half-bad either. [My original post about the photo shoot is here.]

Just think, it’s only Tuesday!
