Thinking about dinner

Nothing tastes better than pesto made from freshly-rained-upon basil.



Take two cups loosely packed basil. Add to food processor with garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts. Hold down the button until a paste is formed. Slowly add olive oil until it’s a little runnier.

Add pesto to your favourite pasta. For me that would be linguine. :)
