Only Six More Weeks?!

Posted by andrea tomkins in: Links and other procrastination|Oh! Things!

Ask Metafilter is a great website at the best of times. Got an hour to kill? Just start at the top and work your way down. But sometimes it’s truly the best of the best. Here is a list of online shopping resources and “suggestions for artsy, funky, silly, weird, and/or childish stuff for an artsy, funky, silly, weird, childish family.”

It’s going to take me ages to get through this page.

Sassy tampon case anyone?

Leopard print apron?

How about a Yoshitomo Nara “Pyromaniac” Journal

Mark likes the butter boy

Oh, and calendars need not be boring nor should switch plates

A paper store near here had the Yoshitomo Nara “Pyromaniac” Journal, and I bought it for a friend who was moving to London – I told her it “GO! SET THE WORLD ON FIRE!” Journals are one of my favourite gifts. Please keep up with the shopping links! (slobber slobber slobber!)

You HAVE to get the Butter Boy. We have one and he’s awesome. They have them at that kitchen store on Dalhousie (the name has escaped me).
