“Look! There are burst balloons ALL OVER this park!”
(Much to my relief they were actually balloons.)

When my girls were little they not only found “balloons,” but they found tampons. “Look,” one exclaimed, “Firecrackers!.”

ack! I dread my kids ever finding that stuff in public. I saw a spot on the news the other night and it just totally grossed me out. Must be why I enjoy my backyard park so much more. Glad they were actual balloons.

Porter – that park is sometimes used by day camps. They must have had something going on.
