My horoscope has never been truer

Posted by andrea tomkins in: Misc. life

“While you’ll be dragging a bit today, someone else’s boundless energy will inspire you to keep going! So try to hook up with a buddy who can help you through any chores or exercise routine that you aren’t feeling quite up to today. Having someone who can help you persevere through the rough spots is an invaluable gift today — it’s not a crutch to need someone to cheer you on every once in a while, so don’t feel guilty that you can’t do it on your own right now.”

Oh where are you, my energy buddies?

I had to talk myself into getting dressed this morning… I’m talking “out loud” talking.

“OK ANDREA YOU’RE GOING TO SKIP THE SHOWER. LET’S GET SOME SOCKS. NO MATCHING ONES? FORGETABOUTIT. IT DOESN’T MATTER. JUST MOVE ON AND FIND SOME UNDERWEAR. NOW WHERE’S YOUR HOODIE?”

This change of mood is strange, since I was motivated enough to spend six hours (with Mark) cleaning out our garage on Saturday. I hoovered up cobwebs and everything! And I spent an hour hula-hooping on Sunday. More on that later.

I have so much to do today.

First, I will finish this coffee. Next, powerwalk, and then I will launch myself into my list.

Okay Andrea. Just do it.

Um, can I be your sloth buddy instead? I’d be good at that one…

No wonder you are tired! I would be dead on the floor after six hours cleaning a garage and hula hooping (which is supposed to be awesome for your abs by the way).

Hope you find your energy!

OMG Your me. I find MONDAYs so hard to get any motivation at all. All I want to do is drink tea and play on the computer on my videos. I have a TON of luandry to do Dishes a work out and go to work. The Grass needs cutting and I have to figure out what to feed the Gang tonight.
But a tea and my book is all want.

OK Sharon if Andrea can do it you can too. MOVE IT!
;)
