Take the carcass of one grocery store roasted chicken. Throw into large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Add chopped carrot, onion, bouquet of parsely, thyme. (I threw in a potato because I had one.) Simmer, two or three hours in total. Skim the stuff off the top every once in awhile. Cool. Skim fat off top.
Take some of the broth, add stelline (tiny pasta stars). Cook as per directions. Serve with love.
