Useful idea that fell flat and hasn’t picked itself up again.

Marla: I wasn’t sure what to expect. I saw a FP the other day and wondered … hence the question!

Personally, I think Fanny Pack users are in denial about the fact that they need proper bags (including men).

I would really like to hear from a Fanny Pack user and find out why they wear one… but I don’t think anyone will dare come out of the closet now. ;)

Are in. They are. I’m not lying. Roots have these really nice ones. I wear it proudly. :) The other thing I used to do with it in high school is wear is over my shoulder like a one strap backpack. It’s fun.

I use one and have for years!

I started using one when I cycled too hold an extra inner tube, ID and some small tools.

I use one when I travel. It stays attached to my body and when I’m trying to make airplane connections or getting caught in a seat shuffle, I don’t have to worry about misplacing it or having it snatched.

I use one when I’m out on day trips with my little one. Again, I don’t worry about straps falling off my arm or misplacing it if I need to make a quick sprint to get someone out of harm’s way (and it’s better for my bad back than carrying a purse).

Practical, ugly and can be a real pain in the butt. I finally bought a small Coach bag two years ago and it’s so much nicer.
