A new Roots store has opened up in Westboro village. I took a minute to browse and immediately decided to return sans children when I could take more time. I did, however, manage to fall in love with these armwarmers. They carry them in vintage white and are deliciously cozy. They’d go good with this cap, which I bet would look totally kicky on me.
*sigh*
In other news I have realized I need new jeans. Lor’ how I hate shopping for jeans.

I dislike shopping for jeans as well. But I have had good luck with the Joe jeans at Loblaws. I shop at the Barrhaven Loblaws and this store has an excellent selection of the Joe clothing line. The store also has fitting rooms.
I am a Roots addict. Problem is – I’m a bit frugal. Check out Roots 73 at Kanata Centrum – it is kind of like a Roots outlet. Cheaper prices and some different styles not seen in the “main” Roots stores. Though I do love that cap.

long gloves (or arm warmers) are IMPOSSIBLE to find! I’m so giddy; I can’t wait to head up to roots.
also, good luck with the jeans shopping. it took me 5 years to find a pair I liked after my fave silver style was discontinued. when i did find something i liked (at bootlegger, surprisingly) I bought 4 pairs.
