Must be summer

Posted by andrea tomkins in: Misc. life|Photography

We spent Father’s Day at Mark’s parents house. The menfolk watched the golf. The girls swam. BB the Budgie came with us in his new travel cage. I read the paper and snapped photos.

Emma is shying away from having her photo taken. You’ll probably be seeing less of her. Sarah on the other hand, is still a willing participant.

First day of summer

Tonight is my last photo class. I have been obsessing over light lately. That’s a good thing, I think.

Sigh. I remember my “Don’t take my picture!!” phase. I regret it now, of course. I hope you are able to sneak a few in here and there!

I’m still in my ‘Don’t take my picture’ phase. Mainly because I look horrid in photographs. Some people are photogenic and some aren’t. I fall into the latter category. Maybe that’s why I’m the one always taking the pictures, or should I say hiding behind the camera.

Thankfully my children still love their pictures taken, I am sure it will end one day, but hopefully not.
