I love this. So cute. Would be great to protect my books when I read them/travel etc.

Love this! We used to do it – in fact our teacher’s required it, in elementary school in order to protect our on-loan textbooks. We started out using brown paper grocery bags, then “graduated” to wallpaper. The teachers would bring in scraps from their home decorating projects and we’d all fight to get the best pattens and colours.
Thanks for the memories!

I wonder if my Dad has any old wallpaper kicking around?
My name is Andrea and I live in Ottawa with my husband Mark and our dog Sunny who is kind of a big deal on Instagram. During the day I work as a freelance writer.
