Hi Andrea,

Are you advertising the rent? If not, that might help move it along. I had a quick look (what a nice place!) and it seems like if you were interested in renting you would need to call for the price.

Can you swing paying a full month? I was in a similar bind recently and offered to pay one month’s rent. Basically, the condition was that their first month and last month cleared (to reassure the landlord that they could, in fact, pay) and I would pay their second month…worked like a charm!
