I knew what you were talking about by the end of the first paragraph. Perhaps because I knew that your body has been a temple for 15 days or so? :)
I was good today. I had started going to the gym in June, and dropped it a few weeks ago because I was moving. Oddly enough, it was going to the gym, on the treadmill and elliptical trainer, that was keeping my left knee in shape. Not having gone to the gym for a couple of weeks, the ache in my knee had returned.
I went to the gym on Monday, and again today. My knee did not ache Tuesday or today. I need to keep this a priority.

Ahhh… as I read your post, I am stuffing my face with m&m’s here at work.
But I did try to eat a bit healthy for my baby-to-be… I had an apple right before, and a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, and crackers and cheese and sunflower seeds… and yes eggo waffles for breakfast BUT with Cheerios and milk!
I actualy thought after reading the first few paragraphs you were talking about having a child!
