I don’t mind this kind of bug

Posted by andrea tomkins in: File under crafty

Can we give a collective hooray for the snow? Ottawa got 35 cm. The girls are thrilled. I, on the other hand, nearly had a heart attack trying to clear the mound of packed snow at the end of our driveway. And Mark had even done most of it already.

After that, I trudged to the gym. I don’t know why, because the mere act of getting there was all the exercise I really needed.

Right now it is gorgeous and sunny. I think I might head out with my camera for a bit.

So, the crafty bug has bitten me, and this time I’m making something I have no hope of completing before Christmas 2007. But I may just have it done in time for Christmas 2008. :)

Here is a shot of my work-in-progress:

circles of felt

I found it at this lovely website last year. It really clutched at my heartstrings, you know what I mean? It still does.

Super cute! I think that I may alter it and make a Valentine garland.

That is a very cute garland, I love that it is simple, yet elegant.
