I hate to say this
because if I say it
it might be true
but I’m feeling a tickle in my throat
and a pain in my neck …
oh oh oh no!
(Off to make a garlic sandwich.)

oh gosh…me too! mine is the achey all over feeling with a stuffy nose. i hope it’s just because i’m tired…and that all the garlic i ate with dinner (homemade salsa) will scare off any ‘bugs’.

That is how it started for me, and here I sit with a pain in my throat and neck. Never heard of a garlic sandwich!

I don’t know if it works cause I just started it after christmas (after the plague that hit our house). I have started taking a few tbsp’s of apple cider vinegar everyday(the health store kind, with ‘the mother’) and so far so good. Two weeks ago (before I went away for business) I started a tickle, sneeze and runny nose and it hasn’t progressed…
