linky love

Posted by andrea in: Links and other procrastination

“I’m pretending to be one of those big glowy balls!” So says Sarah, while spinning in the other desk chair and Prozzak is playing on iTunes.

Me: “You mean a disco ball?”
Her: “Yaaaa!”

I was surfing along my blogroll as per the usual routine and I got to thinking. This list is a pretty good reflection of the sites I check out every day.

There are a couple of people out there in the blogosphere (GAH! I hate that word!) with whom I’ve made a teeny virtual connection with – although they might not know it. Ha.

You know the feeling, you’re surfing around, and then you think HEY, I should check so-and-so’s site and when you do you, you feel a wee surge of excitement when you realized they’ve updated their page and have written something new. I’m sure I’m not alone here!

Well for me, one of those people is Tania. I feel like I’m stalking her a bit, probably even more so by writing about her site right now. Tania is a very talented artist and seems like a very fun person. Practically everything she links to or photographs is something I find equally cool or amusing. And I just realized she was in Ottawa recently! Man. I would have loved to meet her.

Here’s her blog in case you haven’t had the pleasure of checking it out.
