Here’s a pic of the old purse I found in the back of my closet the other day. In my memory I pictured it as a 40s style, but as I see it again I think it’s more from the 50s. My grandmother would have liked it, I think. :)
I bought the skirt at HUSH awhile back. I’m not entirely sure it was a practical purchase. It is a teeny bit large. (What is it with skirts nowadays? Are they supposed to sit on the waist or on the hips?) It’s also linen. And dry-clean only. But I loved it so much I couldn’t bear to leave it behind.
I wore it to the lunch n’ learn yesterday, and I felt pretty good in it. So I guess that made it a worthwhile purchase. :)
