Once upon a time, I decided to surprise the girls with a Christmas activity advent calendar. It consists of one Christmas-related activity everyday throughout the month of December; a fun task, seasonal event, or craft. No chocolate, no shopping, and no cheap gifts — just family time.

Day 11 We saw Nativity at the NAC. The girls love getting dressed up and going out. Live theatre makes for some great family-friendly entertainment (maybe something to do with Grandma and Grandpa?) but do heed the age recommendation for this production.
