Christmas Day 2010 – one hour at a time (Hourly photo results!)

Rise...

7:00 a.m. – First official shot of the day!

7:00 a.m. - Coffee first!

8:00 a.m. – Survey says

8:00 a.m - surveying the scene

9:00 a.m. – getting dressed for the day, and a new necklace! It’s foxy!

10:00 a.m. – Operation Christmas Phase Two

10:00 a.m. - Operation Christmas Phase Two

11:00 a.m. – Unwrapping is done. I’m up and admiring the table and the centrepiece:

12:00 noon – it’s not Christmas without a rubber chicken:

1:00 p.m. – tea time! I’m still waiting to get over my cold. Boo.

2:00 p.m. – Let the gaming begin! This is Donkey Kong.

3:00 p.m. – a much-needed catnap:

4:00 p.m. – time to snap into action and start chopping somethin’:

4:00 p.m. - making cabbage

5:00 p.m. – just about to sit down for dinner:

5:00 p.m. - ready for dinner!

6:00 p.m. – playing Doodlejump on the iPad

6:00 p.m. - Playtime

That’s it! I got my twelve photos, every hour, on the hour. After that last shot we settled down to watch a movie, and frankly, that doesn’t make for great photos. Otherwise I would have kept going. :)

I’m going to spend the next while looking at your contributions to this challenge. They were great. I was following along on Twitter when/if I was able. It was a lovely peek inside your lives. Thank you so much for sharing!

Finally got around to posting my version (ok, so not all photos were taken exactly on the dot…)

Loved doing it though. Forced me to have more even coverage throughout the day and I ended up with some favourite shots that I would have otherwise missed.
