One of my favourite meals is something I can make fresh, fast, delicious, healthy, and beautiful.
This recipe is for those things. (I shouldn’t even call this a recipe. Because it’s really just about assembling!)
You will need:
- a handful of baby spinach
- a few strawberries; washed, hulled and sliced
- some crumbled blue cheese
- walnuts (optional)
Throw everything on a plate and drizzle with a bit of …
- dressing: 50/50 good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- sprinkle with optional walnuts
I ate is almost as fast as I made it, so alas, I have no photo of this one.
