returned

Posted by andrea tomkins in: Misc. life

I just got back from a great interview on CBC radio about the Trust Experiment.* Hallie Cotnam is so sweet. And smart.

Did anyone hear the follow-up phone calls from listeners with their wallet-stories? How fun. I didn’t realize how much this topic resonated with people. We all have our own found/lost wallet story, don’t we?

On today’s agenda: Trust Experiment Part Deux, a date at the Ottawa Citizen followed by dinner and something a little different with my in-laws. Updates to come later.

*Edited to add: the interview is now online! Click here and scroll to “What would you do if you found a lost wallet”.

Hey Andrea,

I heard your interview this am on CBC radio. Well done! I thought the stories were hilarious, especially of the rigged wallet that flew up in a tree. How funny is that???

p.s. I found my peeps! 1.55 at Walmart – gotta love it! I went all out, besides the yellow and purple chicks, I got pink bunnies too. :)

Just listened to it on the Web… what fun! I’m so tickled for you, and glad it went well.

Very cool!

I have to tell you -today after loading up my bags in the car I was putting my grocery cart into the storage rack in the parking lot and there was a bright pink wallet left behind in the cart in front of me. I have to say that I looked over my shoulder to see if someone was doing a trust experiment on me! LOL. It was full of money, credit cards, etc., so I took it inside to the manager. I’m sure someone was *really* missing that at home tonight!
