I wasn’t kidding about our need for a new mattress. I slept like the dead here at the Pantages last night. But here’s the question… What to buy? I would love to go organic. Someone here recommended a brand called Sage Hill [I can’t remember – Natura? Any other brands you know?] I’m totally open. What do you think? Is it worth going organic? Any recommendations to share? Tell me your stories! Are you sleeping in long divots like me? :)
I’m off to breakfast and a few final sessions before I fly home to Ottawa today.

I am writing this post from my hotel room in the lovely Pantages hotel while sprawled out on the amazing king-sized bed. Note to self: buy new mattress and four fluffy new pillows. The pillows are probably the best part of the room. :)

It’s been an extremely long day. It began rather early with a morning stroll along Yonge St., followed by a quick breakfast after which our group of bloggers dove right into our sessions. I should explain more about what we’re doing here exactly but I’ll have to save that when I’m not blogging on my phone. I will say that this event revolves around local eating and local food… a topic close to my heart for sure.
I have met some really cool people… and wait until I tell you about last night’s dinner. You foodies out there will be impressed!
Now I have to get off my duff and get ready for dinner #2. L8TR!
